Job Description
Inetum is seeking a Senior PMO / Project Manager Support professional to join a strategic SAP transformation programme. This role will work closely with programme leadership, supporting programme governance, stakeholder alignment, planning, delivery oversight and executive reporting across business and technology teams.
The position requires a proactive and hands-on professional who can operate confidently within a complex environment and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Support programme governance activities and executive stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate activities across business, IT and delivery teams.
- Organise and facilitate governance meetings and steering committees.
- Maintain programme plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery tracking.
- Manage risks, issues, actions and mitigation plans.
- Prepare executive presentations, reporting and communications.
- Support decision-making through programme analysis and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate delivery reviews, working sessions, UAT activities and implementation planning.
- Support transformation and change-related initiatives where required.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO or Project Manager within complex transformation programmes.
- Experience in large corporate environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in programme planning, governance and reporting.
- Experience managing risks, issues and programme actions.
- Ability to work autonomously in high-visibility environments.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and streams of activity.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Ability to produce executive-level documentation and presentations in English.

- SAP programme experience.
- Participation in change management initiatives.
- Project Management certifications.
