Job Description

We are looking for a Senior MDM / Informatica Specialist to support a strategic initiative focused on improving data quality, reducing compliance-related technical debt, and enhancing Master Data Management processes across the enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain MDM Hub technical documentation in Veeva Vault according to compliance and validation standards
  • Support the migration of Informatica Data Quality (DQ) rules to the new EVO functionality
  • Redesign and simplify approval workflows within the Master Data Management ecosystem
  • Ensure MDM processes, documentation, and controls meet compliance and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve data quality and governance processes
  • Identify and address documentation, workflow, and compliance gaps across the MDM landscape

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Informatica MDM / MDM Hub
  • Strong knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (DQ)
  • Experience with EVO functionality within the Informatica ecosystem
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation in Veeva Vault
  • Knowledge of compliance and validation standards
  • Experience redesigning and optimizing workflows in Master Data Management environments.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and master data processes
  • Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
  • Knowledge of master data governance processes in regulated industries.
  • Experience addressing audit findings and compliance documentation gaps
  • Familiarity with GxP environments and validation practices
