Job Description
- Lead the ERP upgrade project end-to-end; Planning, execution, testing, migration, and go-live, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables; Coordinate IT Vendor deliverables, ensuring alignment between core system development and integration activities.
- Ensure technical integration between ERP and the IT ecosystem; Coordinate APIs and satellite applications in collaboration with IT Architecture and technical teams.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into clear IT deliverables; Facilitate workshops and alignment between Business, IT, and external vendors.
- Manage critical project risks; Identify and mitigate risks related to delays, external dependencies, data migration, and go-live stability.
- Project planning and monitoring; Develop and maintain the PASS upgrade project plan, ensuring continuous progress tracking and reporting.
- Define project interdependencies; Identify and manage dependencies with other project streams, including Product, Digitalization, and IT Architecture.
- Coordinate testing activities; Work closely with the Test Lead to define the testing strategy and oversee execution of the testing plan.
- Ownership of the relationship with RGI; Act as the ASSU representative and primary point of accountability for interactions and coordination with RGI.
- Project reporting and dashboard management; Prepare and maintain dashboards related to the PASS project, including PASS integration with other systems, project status, risks, and progress indicators.
Qualifications
- Strong IT technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technology concepts.
- Proven experience in IT solution implementation and transformation projects.
- Project Management certification is a plus, or solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
