Job Description
- Design, deploy, and manage SCCM and Intune environments to ensure optimal performance and security;
- Monitor and maintain SCCM and Intune infrastructure, including servers, databases, and endpoints;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for software distribution, patch management, and endpoint security;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM and Intune, including client and server-side problems;
- Perform regular system updates and upgrades to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices;
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of SCCM and Intune configurations, processes, and procedures;
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SCCM and Intune with other systems and applications;
- Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on SCCM and Intune functionalities;
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the integrity and security of the SCCM and Intune environments;
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in endpoint management and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCCM and Intune administration;
- Strong knowledge of SCCM architecture, components, and functionalities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and its integration with SCCM;
- Experience with software distribution, patch management, and endpoint security;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory;
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
