We are looking for am Income Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering operational excellence within securities and cash income processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing and validating income payments received from financial markets.
- Investigating and resolving cash and securities discrepancies with custodians and internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring outstanding reconciliation items and driving resolutions within agreed timelines.
- Performing daily operational controls and ensuring complete audit traceability.
- Managing operational communications and responding to stakeholder queries efficiently.
- Ensuring cash and securities positions are correctly reconciled and accurately justified.
- Identifying issues, escalating risks, and implementing corrective actions when required.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in Securities Operations, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Income Processing, Custody Services, Reconciliations, or Investment Operations.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, and income events.
- Strong understanding of operational controls, risk awareness, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive approach to process enhancement and operational efficiency.
