As a Service Delivery Manager, you are the key link between our customers and our organization. You take ownership of the daily governance of large and complex IT outsourcing agreements and ensure everything runs smoothly—both operationally and strategically.

You don’t just manage services—you elevate them. By building strong relationships and spotting opportunities, you help customers grow while continuously improving our internal ways of working. In short, you become a trusted advisor who truly makes a difference.

What you’ll do

  • Drive strong SLA and KPI performance by working closely with Operations teams and translating data into actionable insights
  • Build lasting customer relationships through regular reviews, performance discussions, and forward-looking ideas
  • Take ownership of financials: monitor budgets, safeguard margins, and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Act as a connector between Sales, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to bring new ideas to life
  • Proactively identify opportunities—for your customer and for Inetum—and lead them from idea to implementation

Qualifications

  • You’re a natural communicator who easily connects with people at all levels and across cultures. Switching between Dutch, English, and French feels effortless
  • You’re confident in challenging the status quo, influencing stakeholders, and bringing people along in your vision
  • You combine sharp organizational skills with a hands-on, can-do mindset. Deadlines motivate you, and you know how to prioritize what really matters
  • You enjoy working autonomously, take ownership, and are comfortable making decisions
  • You think at master’s level, have a solid grasp of MS Office, and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
  • An ITIL certification or Service Manager is a plus, but your passion for the ICT sector is what truly sets you apart
