Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a CRM & Service project, focusing on 
analyzing business needs, mapping processes, and supporting the delivery of efficient and 
scalable solutions. The role requires strong collaboration with both business and technical 
stakeholders and a solid understanding of data and system integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Map and document business processes (as-is / to-be)
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
  • Support the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
  • Work with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
  • Contribute to testing activities and ensure solutions meet business expectations

Qualifications

 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping 
  • Good understanding of business processes and workflows

Technical knowledge: 

  • SQL (working with databases, querying data)
  • APIs (experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
  • Insurance domain knowledge is considered a plus
