Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a CRM & Service project, focusing on
analyzing business needs, mapping processes, and supporting the delivery of efficient and
scalable solutions. The role requires strong collaboration with both business and technical
stakeholders and a solid understanding of data and system integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Map and document business processes (as-is / to-be)
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Support the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
- Work with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
- Contribute to testing activities and ensure solutions meet business expectations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
Technical knowledge:
- SQL (working with databases, querying data)
- APIs (experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Insurance domain knowledge is considered a plus
