Job Description
The Cash Management Consultant ensures the reliability and quality of automated financial transaction flows. The role focuses on real-time monitoring, efficient incident management, and continuous improvement of operational processes within a global control tower environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the quality and performance of automated production flows
Supervise end-to-end transaction flows across systems and business units
Manage and coordinate production incidents, ensuring rapid diagnosis, stakeholder communication, and timely service restoration
Provide Level 1 support for Cash Management Middle Office activities
Oversee and track sensitive or high-priority client payment flows
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve system resilience, and reduce recurring incidents
Qualifications
- Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, International Relations or related field
- Background in Banking Operations, Finance, or IT (2 - 5 years)
- Experience in payments, SWIFT, or cash management (preferred)
- Comfortable working in monitoring / control room environments
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Monitoring tools / banking systems (e.g., SWIFT)
- English: Full Working Proficiency (mandatory)
