Job Description

The Test Centre (TCE) provides testing services to the organization based on a well‑defined, mature, and proven testing strategy and methodology. Its core activities include test design and test execution.

The TCE has been involved in testing projects across the company’s main business areas — Savings and Protection — performing test design and execution for widely used applications such as ORION, HERA, Wynsure, and GLIS.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of tests and ensure their successful execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Functions

Test Design (Business Analyst Perspective)

  • Contribute to the design of Business Analyst test cases within project scope.
  • Respect the project design, standards, and associated deliverables.
  • Register test subjects in the dedicated tools in accordance with defined standards.
  • Ensure the preparation, validation, and communication of all test deliverables within assigned scope.
  • Guarantee the correct prioritization of tests.
  • Contribute to the organization and structuring of Business Analyst knowledge and intelligence.

Test Execution

  • Provide the necessary information to support Go / No Go decisions.
  • Execute tests within the assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Record test results in the appropriate testing tools.
  • Report any risks related to delays, quality, or non‑commitment.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Test Lead and direct management on project progress.

Anomaly Management

  • Identify defects and anomalies within the assigned scope.
  • Log anomalies in the appropriate tracking tools.
  • Contribute to the prioritization of project anomalies.
  • Participate in defect resolution activities and subsequent validation.
  • Provide inputs required for final project reports, procedures, and documentation.

Norms and Standards

  • Comply with company principles.
  • Apply departmental testing procedures and methodologies.
  • Participate in workshops related to standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Technical Background

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of testing methodology principles and terminology (ISTQB).
  • Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products is a plus.

Essential

  • Proficiency in the French language.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in testing activities.
  • Ability to build and manage test schedules.
