Main Responsibilities

• Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of RPA robots environments
• Monitor, escalate, and follow up on RPA Production infrastructure incidents
• Maintain and keep up to date a set of operational procedures supporting daily activities
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation teams, ensuring effective communication and adherence to established processes

• Experiência mínima de 3 anos em Application Support
• Conhecimentos técnicos diversificados (experiência em automação/RPA será considerada uma mais-valia)
• Conhecimento do setor bancário será valorizado

Competências Linguísticas

• Inglês: nível avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação) – obrigatório
• Francês: valorizado
