We’re looking for a detail‑driven P&L professional to join a Middle Office team in an international banking environment. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy of P&L reporting, bridge Front and Back Office data, and act as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Reconcile P&L results between Front Office and Back Office systems
• Investigate discrepancies, deliver clear P&L explanations, and strengthen controls
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting quality
• Respond confidently to stakeholder queries and ad‑hoc requests

What You Bring:

• Solid understanding of ALMT and IFRS 9 principles
• Strong Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory. 

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
