The mission consists in providing Business Analyst services to support the Product Owner.

The service provider will contribute to the scope through several activities, such as (but no limited to):

• Coordinate and contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements, release analyses, impact assessments, in partnership with the BAU Lead.
• Take ownership of selected L3 (complex) tickets when required.
• Manage small projects, Non‑Standard Requests, and feature analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner throughout the product life cycle.
• Support the Product Owner and the BAU Lead in the implementation of a new governance model with entities and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to and/or lead several CSOD‑related improvement initiatives.
• Identify recurring training needs for entity local administrators and deliver training or refresher sessions accordingly.

• Minimum 3 years of proven expertise on the CSOD LMS module is required
• English mandatory
• Certifications on CSOD LMS and/or Core modules are considered a plus but are not mandatory
