Job Description

We are looking for an SAP FSM Developer with solid experience in implementing and developing solutions on the SAP Field Service Management platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and configuring solutions on the SAP Field Service Management (FSM) platform.
  • Implementing and customizing Smartforms, HTML Reports and workflows for service reports and field processes.
  • Configuring and maintaining custom objects, business rules and automations in FSM.
  • Building and maintaining integrations between SAP FSM and other systems (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Salesforce, ERP)
  • through REST APIs and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Developing extensions and plugins for the FSM Technician mobile application (iOS/Android).
  • Optimizing performance and resolving technical incidents in the FSM environment.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Business Analysts, Project Managers, Admins) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Documenting technical solutions and participating in design sessions and code reviews.
  • Managing the deployment and testing process in sandbox, UAT and production environments.

Qualifications

Profile:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) implementation and development.
  • Solid experience in configuring custom objects, Smartforms, HTML Reports, business rules and
  • workflows in FSM.
  • Practical experience in SAP FSM integrations with external systems (SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Salesforce, other ERPs) through REST APIs.
  • Technical knowledge:
  • Advanced knowledge of the SAP FSM platform: configuration, customization, administration.
  • Experience with SAP FSM Mobile (Technician application) and offline/online data synchronization.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for developing custom reports (HTML Reports, Jasper).
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML and middleware integrations.
  • Knowledge of SAP FSM best practices: data model, security, performance optimization

Certifications (major advantage):

  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Field Service Management.
  • Other relevant SAP certifications (Integration, S/4HANA).

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors) – major advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or other SAP modules (PM, CS, SD).
  • Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce-SAP integrations).
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with versioning tools (Git, Bitbucket) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of mobile development (iOS/Android) or plugin development for FSM.
