We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the definition, coordination, and delivery of system enhancements and business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure high‑quality and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and document Business, Operations, Regulatory, and Technical requirements.
• Define, specify, and plan system actions or enhancements.
• Coordinate and follow up on enhancement requests with internal development teams or external vendors.
• Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Test, validate, and assess the quality of implemented enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery with high standards of quality.
• Provide regular project status reports to Management.

• Business Analysis: Practical experience

• SQL & Microsoft Office: Basic knowledge
• UBIX: Basic knowledge

• English: Expert level
