Job Description

We are seeking a Consulting Manager to lead our ServiceNow Architecture capability, combining strategic platform leadership, innovation ownership, and people management.

This is a senior, visible role with influence across delivery, pre-sales, alliances, and innovation initiatives. You will shape how we design, govern, and evolve ServiceNow solutions — including AI-powered use cases, platform roadmaps, and future capabilities.

This role is ideal for:

  • A Senior ServiceNow Architect ready to move into strategy and practice leadership, or
  • A strong Enterprise / Solution Architect with ServiceNow exposure who wants to lead platform evolution and innovation at scale.

You’ll manage a group of architects and senior consultants (organized under team leads), ensuring the right architecture capacity and skills are available to meet project and customer demand—while raising standards, creating reusable assets, and mentoring future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

1.Platform & Architecture Strategy

  • Define and evolve the ServiceNow architecture strategy aligned with Inetum’s broader enterprise platform vision
  • Establish architectural principles that support scalability, upgradeability, security, and AI-readiness
  • Translate ServiceNow roadmap into practical client and delivery strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients on platform roadmap, modernization, and long-term value realization

2.Innovation & AI Leadership

  • Lead architectural thinking around AI-driven ServiceNow solutions
  • Identify and incubate innovative use cases, accelerators, and reference architectures
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow alliance teams to stay ahead of product innovation and emerging capabilities
  • Champion experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and reusable assets that differentiate Inetum in the market
  • Embed innovation into delivery — not as an add-on, but as a standard way of working

3.Lead & Scale the Architecture Capability

  • Lead and coach architects and senior consultants through team leads, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Build a strong architecture community: mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and consistent ways of working across projects.
  • Define skills, certification, and progression paths for architects, including AI and advanced platform capabilities

4.Establish Standards, Quality & Governance

  • Lead or contribute to solution reviews for complex engagements, ensuring quality and consistency across modules and teams.
  • Drive reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks to improve repeatability and speed.

5.Own Capacity, Utilization & Skills Planning

  • Maintain a clear view of architecture capacity, skills, and demand—ensuring the right people are aligned to the right work at the right time.
  • Partner with delivery leadership and pre-sales to forecast needs and plan hiring/upskilling accordingly.
  • Monitor utilization and operational discipline (where applicable), balancing delivery, coaching, and innovation.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading senior consulting / technical teams
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the IT service delivery lifecycle (or strong enterprise architecture background with ServiceNow exposure).
  • Demonstrated capability in skills management, enablement, and capability building.
  • Track record in hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and growing senior technical talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management—able to influence across delivery, sales, and executive client audiences.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, Implementation Specialist).
  • Experience in global/distributed delivery or multi-country governance models.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and professional services automation tooling
