Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive projects for our successful products. This role involves managing commercial offer topics, marketing initiatives, agile process enhancements, and further development of software systems for our shop platform. The Senior Project Manager will plan and steer complex, cross-functional, and cross-location projects within a multi-project environment, ensuring delivery in terms of time, quality, and budget.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects related to commercial offers, marketing initiatives, agile process enhancements, and software system development for our shop platform.
  • Plan and steer complex, cross-functional, and cross-location projects within a multi-project environment, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Act as a key interface between product development, sales, marketing, commercial teams, and software engineering, ensuring holistic consideration of systems, processes, organization, and quality.
  • Continuously build understanding of processes and involved interfaces, acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders during project scoping.
  • Ensure transparency for all internal and external project participants through clear, audience-appropriate communication.
  • Identify risks early, assess their impact, and initiate suitable solutions or countermeasures.

Qualifications

Must-have requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or a comparable qualification (e.g., business informatics, economics, or professional experience in an online environment on the agency or industry side).
  • Several years of professional experience in project management with a genuine passion for driving projects forward.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a highly goal-driven and solution-oriented work style.
  • High personal standards, resilience, and confidence — even in demanding situations.
  • A confident presence, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Solid understanding of design-related and technical systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with both classical and agile project management methods.

Nice to have requirements:

  • Experience in transformation initiatives is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in German is advantageous.

Additional Information

This position requires working 3 times a week from our office in Warsaw, Lublin or Poznań.
