Job Description
- Design, build and operate multi-tenant Red Hat OpenShift clusters in enterprise environments
- Deploy and manage OpenShift platform services, including: RHACM (Advanced Cluster Management), RHACS (Advanced Cluster Security)
- Implement and operate container-native storage solutions:ODF (OpenShift Data Foundation), Ceph (Rook) / NooBaa
- Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD for platform and application lifecycle management
- Deploy and manage OpenShift Virtualization for VM-based workloads
- Integrate and operate OpenShift AI solutions: Ray / Dask, XGBoost, NVIDIA GPU Operator
- Automate platform operations using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP/AWX)
- Configure and manage networking components such as MetalLB
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, security and compliance
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud and application teams
- Contribute to platform documentation, standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and internals
- Experience with multi-tenant Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Hands-on experience with: GitOps tools (Argo CD), Kubernetes storage (Ceph, ODF or equivalent), Automation using Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform
- Experience operating OpenShift in enterprise or large-scale environments
- Good Linux administration skills
- Ability to work autonomously in complex technical environments
