• Monitor RPA processes execution and performance
• Monitor and optimize process scheduling
• Perform RPA Level 1 support for issues and requests 
• Develop relationships with clients and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established support procedures

• Support experience (3+ years)
• Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)             
• Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus
• Good level in English B2+
