Job Description

We are strengthening our team with a Red Team Coordinator, responsible for leading and overseeing the operational execution of Red Team activities. We are looking for a highly experienced professional with strong technical expertise, an offensive security mindset, and leadership capabilities able to deliver effectively in a demanding and dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Red Team, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and high‑quality execution of operations.
  • Actively participate in offensive security activities, maintaining a hands‑on role in planning, executing, and reporting advanced intrusion tests.
  • Conduct simulated attacks on complex infrastructures (web, applications, networks, cloud, etc.).
  • Apply reverse engineering, exploitation, pivoting, and privilege‑escalation techniques.
  • Ensure best practices and offensive security methodologies are followed, keeping procedures and team knowledge up to date.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients, translating technical findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in Red Teaming, Ethical Hacking, or Offensive Security, including experience leading such teams.
  • Proven experience conducting attacks on complex infrastructures (web, application, network, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of reverse engineering and offensive TTPs.
  • Ability to lead teams, motivate, prioritize, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Hands‑on mindset, oriented towards action and problem‑solving.
  • Excellent communication skills when engaging with internal teams and clients.
  • High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and technical rigor.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Mandatory: possession of at least two of the following certifications:
    eCPPTv2, CEH, OSCP, PNPT, CPTS, CPENT, CRTP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CREST Registered Tester, CompTIA PenTest+, OSEP.
