Job Description
We are looking for a qualified professional to join our team and contribute to system enhancements, technical testing, and production delivery.
The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to drive improvements and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic global environment.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Change Management
• Gather and document technical requirements for system improvements.
• Participate in the change request process for technical and functional updates.
Testing and Delivery
• Collaborate on technical testing to ensure a smooth production deployment.
• Launch and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely follow‑up.
Problem Resolution and Process Optimization
• Provide Level 3 support by analyzing reported issues and identifying solutions or alternatives to minimize impact.
• Ensure resolution and follow‑up with vendors or service providers.
• Oversee technical processes (e.g., online operations, STP flows, batch processes) and document known issues for first‑level support.
Qualifications
- More than 4 years of relevant experience in technical roles.
- Familiarity with application servers (e.g., WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss).
- Experience with job scheduling tools (e.g., CA Workload Automation, Control‑M).
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins).
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Terraform) and in containerization using Dockerfiles.
- Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments, using ArgoCD for streamlined and automated deployments.
- Familiarity with application servers (e.g., WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss).
- Experience with job scheduling tools (e.g., CA Workload Automation, Control‑M).
- Fluent in English
