The position's main mission is to provide  functional application support in the Production environments to end users and 4 main aplications. This role as user suport consist of managing tickets, emails, and queries from users, follow functional changes, creating sql querys for alerts, extractions and investigation purposes, debuging functional code. as well as following changes/upgrades/fixes on the aplications we provide support.                                                                                                                                                                                             

Main Tasks:

• User Support to end Users
• Functional Change follow up and managment 
• Report creation/Code debug/Investigation 
• Lead meetings with stakeholders 

Technical Skills:

• Previous experience with Database (Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server)                                              
• Monitoring tools(Logic and purpose)                                                   
• Windows/Linux end user support                                            
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills                                       
• Organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail                            
• Problem-solving skills                                      
• Proactive atitude, client focused and Team Player                                      
• Ability to lead meetings and issues from start to finish
