We are looking for a Functional Analyst with proven experience in billing processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions aligned with requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Create and present HLDs (High-Level Designs) for functional solutions.
• Organize and lead meetings with business areas and technical teams.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between teams.
• Manage vendors responsible for implementations.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle.

• Solid experience in billing and functional project management.
• Preferable knowledge of Kenan, PPB, and XTR/PDoc.
• Technical skills in Oracle DB, Linux scripting, C++, and Java.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in functional design and technical documentation.

• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office).
• Location: Parque das Nações, Lisboa.
