Job Description
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our team and take part in the maintenance, configuration, administration, and development of Linux-based database systems. This role will primarily involve working with Informix/OneDB (6-node clusters across development, pre-production, and production environments) but also includes MySQL, MariaDB, Netezza/PostgreSQL.
Main Tasks:
- Maintenance, configuration, administration, and development of Linux-based database systems.
- Ensure optimal database performance through performance monitoring tools.
- Design and manage database structures and clusters.
- Collaborate with team members to support database system operations during regular business hours (no on-call availability required).
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Informix.
- Strong expertise in database design and administration.
- Proficiency in using performance monitoring tools for database optimization.
- Good knowledge of English and Polish
