• 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in information technology/project management/business analysis 
• Ability to consolidate and present concise updates to senior management/stakeholders
• Experience of interacting/coordinating between teams worldwide
• Familiarity with deploying applications, application versions and environments
• Ability to work autonomously and provide guidance to offshore resources
• Ability to see the “big picture” and recognize when it is necessary to move to domain-level management
