Job Description
MES On-Call Tier 2 Support
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
Summary:
- Triage, investigate, resolve, and manage all Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ServiceNow tickets
- Assist shop floor operators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support
- Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base
- Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities and process improvements based on data from support tickets
- Data Analysis of support tickets
- Author updates and changes to Electronic Batch Records(EBR), following GxP and SDLC protocols, in collaboration with Site Tier 2 Support team
- Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite is required
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences
- Nights and weekends will be required
- Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring experience
- IT troubleshooting experience
- ServiceNow management
- Manufacturing IT applications awareness
