Job Description

MES On-Call Tier 2 Support

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Summary:

  • Triage, investigate, resolve, and manage all Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ServiceNow tickets
  • Assist shop floor operators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support
  • Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base
  • Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities and process improvements based on data from support tickets
  • Data Analysis of support tickets
  • Author updates and changes to Electronic Batch Records(EBR), following GxP and SDLC protocols, in collaboration with Site Tier 2 Support team
  • Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite is required
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences
  • Nights and weekends will be required
  • Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring experience
  • IT troubleshooting experience
  • ServiceNow management
  • Manufacturing IT applications awareness
