WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

● Review, verify and approve bills in Bill.com on Tuesday/Wednesday before 12 noon.
● Review T sheets (time tracking system) for sample sewers, and Project Managers on
Tuesday/Wednesday before 12 noon.
● Respond to EDD, La Business Tax, and all other renewal requests
● Handle Payroll Requests and any check issues
● Manage and actualize monthly budgets.
● Improve financial related processes within the organization
● Ensure chart of accounts is kept clean and up to date
● Ensure appropriate items are made billable to clients
● Review CC statements on a weekly basis
