This position offers a work-from-home schedule, with periodic team meetings and all-staff events. Candidate must reside in the state of Indiana or be willing to relocate by first day of employment.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000

IUF is currently looking for a highly skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Accounting and Finance department.  As a highly valued member of our financial reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial reporting capabilities and serve as the go-to expert responsible for the development and maintenance of technical reporting solutions.

Your expertise will be instrumental in exploring innovative possibilities and recommending new software solutions to optimize our reporting processes. As the primary link between the Financial reporting and IT teams, you will be actively involved in testing, providing valuable feedback, and implementing new systems to streamline our reporting processes.

Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required. MBA preferred
• 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or the non-profit sector strongly preferred
• Experience in application management strongly preferred
• Combination of education and experience will be considered 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Experience in database tools
• Demonstrated ability in data visualization tools, such as Tableau and those in the Microsoft Suite
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Developed organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
