  • Source and engage talent for the UK, US, and Germany using contemporary sourcing approaches
  • Build and maintain structured pipelines across several skill categories
  • Identify suitable candidates through market mapping, AI tools, and automated sourcing workflows
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate fit
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to align sourcing priorities

Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing talent in at least two regions among the UK, the US, and Europe
  • Experience managing international pipelines and adapting to regional expectations
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies
  • Experience sourcing IT profiles
  • Confident communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with consistent overlap with UK working hours
