• Design, implement, and maintain automated infrastructure and pipelines for our cybersecurity solutions
• Provide support to IT/DevOps teams and monitor infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer facing documentation is kept up to date
• Provide technical training to Customer Support operation teams

• Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server administration
• Hands-on expertise with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Proficiency in automation and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
