Job Description

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to run theTA function for Operations and Headquater functions in Poland. You'll lead a team of 7 talents — making sure every recruitment process lands on time, on quality, and on brand. Reporting to the Head of TA, you'll act as strategic recruitment partner for business leaders and HRBPs in your area, combining hands-on delivery of the most senior and critical hires with the people leadership that keeps a busy team firing on all cylinders.

If you like owning outcomes, coaching people up, and turning market noise into a clear hiring plan — keep reading.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of ~7 (TA Business Partners & Recruitment Coordinator) — priorities, 1:1s, workload allocation, coaching, feedback, career paths
  • Own the quality and timeliness of every recruitment process in your area, and fix bottlenecks before they become excuses
  • Personally run recruitment for the roles that matter most — senior, specialist and business-critical positions
  • Be the go-to advisor for Hiring Managers and HRBPs on role profiles, market realities, salary benchmarks and candidate motivation
  • Feed leaders proactive talent market intelligence, not just status updates on open roles
  • Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and flag hiring risk early
  • Own KPI and pipeline reporting for your area and turn the numbers into action
  • Keep ATS, sourcing tools and talent pools running cleanly — and use AI to take busywork off your team's plate
  • Build a team culture people actually want to work in
  • Support employer branding initiatives and internal mobility
  • Keep recruitment processes compliant

  • 5+ years in recruitment (agency or in-house)

  • 2+ years managing a recruitment team
  • 3+ years hiring for specialist, expert or managerial roles
  • 2+ years advising and partnering with senior stakeholders
  • 2+ years working with recruitment data, KPIs and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools
  • English at C1
  • University degree

Nice to have:

  • Experience in workforce planning
  • Experience in an international or multi-country environment
  • Working knowledge of labour law and compliance at an operational level
  • Experience optimising TA processes and tools
  • Involvement in employer branding projects

Additional Information

How We Work

  • Champion the Customer — here, that's the candidate waiting on a callback. Both get treated like they matter.
  • Dare to Disrupt — you don't wait for the perfect process. You test a new approach, fix what doesn't work, and keep what does.
  • Own It — you don't need a title to fix a broken process or a stalled search. If something's wrong in your area, you're the one who deals with it.
  • Make It Happen — priorities shift constantly in TA. You adapt without dropping quality or missing a beat.
  • Win Together — you build a team that has each other's backs and actually celebrates when a hard req gets closed.

What We Offer

  • A team of 7 to lead and grow, with real ownership over how TA runs across Operations and HQ
  • Direct line to the Head of TA and a seat at the table for strategic hiring decisions
  • Room to bring in AI tools and new ways of working — we're not precious about "how we've always done it"
  • Hybrid work model, Kraków
  • Private medical care, life insurance, Multisport card
  • full time contract of employment
