Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end development of the product, translating customer and market needs into a clear product vision and backlog. The role connects business, technology, and stakeholders to ensure the product delivers measurable value and remains aligned with the agreed strategy.
Key Activities
- Identifying customer needs related to product development and translating them into actionable items for product and other teams
- Developing and maintaining the product vision, ensuring consistency with it across deliverables
- Coordinating with IT solution providers, including scoping, monitoring, and accepting development work
- Maintaining cooperation with internal and external business partners
- Developing and updating the product knowledge base through ongoing market and competitor analysis
- Cooperating with teams within the Digital & Strategy Office, Technology, and other supporting areas
- Maintaining the product backlog: creating and updating it, and setting priorities
- Engaging with stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Preparing and clarifying functional and non-functional requirements
Qualifications
- University degree
- Solid grounding in both business and technical domains
- Strong understanding of the market and customer needs
- Competence in market and competitor analysis
- Ability to define business value
- Familiarity with Agile approaches (Agile, Scrum)
- Track record in managing the product lifecycle — gathering and analyzing requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and cooperating with teams and stakeholders to deliver business value and meet user needs
- English – min C1
- Business: understanding of the market and customer needs in the e-commerce sector
- Analytical: data analysis, KPI definition, problem-solving
