Job Description
InPost is one of Europe's fastest-growing out-of-home delivery companies, operating across Poland, the UK, France, Italy, Spain, and Benelux. As we scale, so does the complexity of our people costs — and we need sharp analytical minds to keep it under control.
We're looking for a Rewards Analyst to join our Rewards Team within the People & Culture function. This is a hands-on analytical role at the heart of compensation data — you'll own salary and bonus analytics, monitor budget utilization, and be the go-to person for compensation insights across the organization.
If you're energized by large datasets, love finding patterns in numbers, and want your work to directly influence how a European-scale company manages its people costs — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Collect, aggregate, and maintain data on fixed and variable compensation across the organization
Run ongoing analyses using Anaplan and payroll data — tracking actuals, identifying variances, and flagging issues early
Monitor and report on headcount budget utilization and cost deviations; prepare budget and re-budget inputs for the HR function
Prepare and update compensation reserves; manage MPK (cost centre) assignments
Process employee benefits costs in SAP, including purchase orders and purchase requisitions
Collaborate daily with Finance, Controlling, and Payroll teams to reconcile people cost data
Analyse changes to bonus and incentive schemes and model their budget impact
Build reports and dashboards that make compensation data accessible and actionable for HRBPs and managers
Monitor legislative changes affecting compensation and flag required system configuration updates
Prepare training materials for HRBPs on HR cost control
Audit existing compensation processes and recommend improvements based on business needs and market benchmarking
Qualifications
Must-have:
5+ years in data analytics or financial analysis
3+ years in controlling (financial or HR controlling)
Solid knowledge of SAP (compensation or finance modules)
Advanced Excel — pivot tables, large dataset analysis, regression, variance analysis
Understanding of ZUS contributions, income tax, and Polish payroll regulations
Ability to work with and protect sensitive compensation data
Strong communication skills — you translate numbers into clear recommendations
English at B2 level or above
Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
Nice to have:
Experience with Anaplan or similar workforce planning/budgeting tools
Familiarity with TETA HRIS
SQL and/or Excel macros (VBA)
Background in HR analytics or HR controlling
