      Job Description

      What You'll Do Day-to-Day 

      In this role, you'll support InPost's compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive — keeping our processes, data, and communications aligned with current regulations. 

      Your day-to-day will include: 

      • Responding to employee and institutional inquiries about pay transparency — accurately and within required timelines 

      • Supporting HRIS configuration changes to meet Directive requirements (reporting, data flows, employee-facing information) 

      • Running regular pay gap reports and analyses to monitor deviations and flag issues early 

      • Calculating different types of pay gap indicators in line with local implementing legislation (Art. 14) 

      • Preparing training and communication materials for HRBPs, managers, and employees 

      • Monitoring legislative updates and keeping internal processes up to date 

      • Developing remediation plans and cost estimates when pay gaps are identified 

      • Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and HRIS on an ongoing basis 

      Qualifications

      • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or financial analysis, comfortable working with large datasets (50,000+ rows) 

      • 2+ years in Compensation & Benefits 

      • Good command of Excel — pivot tables, large dataset analysis, basic regression 

      • Ability to present data clearly in PowerPoint, tailored to different audiences 

      • Attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive compensation data 

      • English at B2 level or above 

      • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field 

      Nice to have: 

      • Familiarity with TETA HRIS or similar HR systems 

      • Knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive 

      • Experience with predictive modelling
