The purpose of the Associate Software Engineer role is to develop and maintain web and backend applications, build efficient and scalable solutions, collaborate with the team, and ensure high code quality through testing and best practices.

• Develop and maintain backend and web applications using Python and modern frameworks.
• Design, implement, and optimize databases and data processing solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with team members using Agile tools and version control systems. Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications in production environments
• Ensuring alignment on tasks and expectations.
• Clearly communicating progress and challenges to team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Proficiency in Python 3 and understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL).
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with Git, Linux environment, and basic Docker usage.
