We are seeking a SAP Governance Manager to support the transformation of ERP-class systems. You will collaborate closely with the Global Director of SAP S/4 HANA and serve as the Owner of the governance area.

Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Building and managing policies for SAP system.
  • Managing the role and permission assignment process (including cyclical reviews).
  • Providing a framework for system utilization in accordance with the company's audit, compliance, and security requirements.
  • Managing a GRC-class system within SAP.
  • Being in control of the change management process.
  • Working with external suppliers/integrators and consulting firms as well as quality control of services and the delivery process by external partners.
  • Participating in internal and external audits.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and Product Owners of other core systems integrated with SAP components.
  • Ensuring all companies within the Group operate under the same SAP Governance framework.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP technology, including familiarity with SAP licensing (FUE).
  • Excellent understanding of compliance and IT procedures for international companies.
  • Understanding of audit and control requirements for ERP-class systems.
  • Good understanding of ITIL methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to translate business expectations into IT language.
  • Being accustomed to navigating in an international environment. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others, and strive towards a common vision, as well as effectively work at all organizational levels.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish; knowledge of any other European languages is an advantage.
