Our next step is conquering international European market and scaling our Paczkomat® (Locker) installations and growth across the Europe 

We are looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead one of our development teams and ensure the high availabilty and performance of the system to help our business to grow and track more and more parcels in nearly realtime condition. 

Responsibilities  

• Lead and manage 1 domain of Full-stack Software Engineers that are working with web technologies (C#, .Net, RabbitMQ, SQL Server, GCP, REST APIs, etc.), providing mentoring, guidance, and support.    

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application system design, architecture, and development processes, leveraging the latest technologies and tools to improve product functionality and performance.    

• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.    

• Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define product requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements.    

• Work not only within your area but across the wider InPost Technology Group to improve the overall architecture, supporting global technology initiatives such as cloud transformation.    

• Manage the hiring, onboarding, and development of team members, ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace    

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders  

• 5+ years of experience in web based software development and strong familiarity with technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, RabbitMQ, NoSQL, etc. 

• 2+ years of experience leading and managing high performing Agile development teams, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. 

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments 

• Understanding of the business context and impact on others domains of the company 

• Professional level of English (B2 min.) 

• French speaking skills are nice to have 

• This position requires some travelling at initial stage
