Student Assistant – Video Producer
- Part-time
- Office: Hellerup
Job Description
Do you have a passion for producing engaging, creative, and high-quality video content – and are you looking for a role where you can grow alongside a creative team? We’re looking for curious and creative students to join Implement’s own film production company, CCOM Studios.
What you’ll do
As an assistant video producer, you’ll work on our client projects alongside our passionate filmmakers and management consultants in an organisation that values autonomy, nerdiness, and professional development.
Our projects come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from interviews with multi-camera setups, speak-to-camera productions, semi-documentary formats, portraits, motion graphics, podcasts, studio work, event launches, and much, much more. Most of our film projects are created for internal communication, and no two projects are the same. The same goes for your day-to-day tasks.
The role is weighted towards editing and post-production, while still giving you hands-on experience across the entire production process.
You can expect to:
- Assist in pre-production: help turn creative briefs into storyboards, production plans, shot lists, and time schedules.
- Take an active role in film shoots: assist with directing the talent, camera work, audio equipment, and lighting.
- Edit high-quality films: turn footage into sharp and engaging videos with a cohesive narrative.
- Ensure smooth delivery of projects: dip your toes into project management and stay aligned with colleagues, consultants, and clients.
You can expect a workload of around 10–25 hours per week, with mutual flexibility during exam periods and project deadlines.
What you’ll bring
This could be the perfect opportunity for you if you’re pursuing a relevant degree in media or film production (from KU, DMJX, or similar) with 1.5–3 years left of your studies, or if you're a freelancer ready to join a creative team and work alongside talented colleagues.
You’ll be a great fit if you bring most of the following (and are willing to learn the rest):
- You know your way around professional cameras, lighting and audio gear and have solid editing experience in Premiere Pro. Adobe After Effects, DaVinci, and other software is a plus.
- You have a sense for storytelling, sound design, and a knack for turning hours of content into sharp, to-the-point videos.
- You're eager to redefine the ”corporate” film genre and bring it to a new level of creativity and quality.
- You enjoy coming up with new ideas and thinking outside the box.
- You are a problem-solver with a can-do attitude, ready to help both on-set and in the editing suite.
- You have a basic understanding of how GenAI can be applied in a video context.
Since our corporate language is English, you should be fluent in spoken and written English and be able to communicate ideas clearly with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
What we offer
At Implement, you’ll find few rules and guidelines, and that’s on purpose. We aim to create the perfect playground for talent to flourish, and our colleagues enjoy a great deal of autonomy to work in the way that best suits them, their teams, and their projects.
We believe that helping organisations become truly fit for humans and fit for the future calls for an uncompromising combination of deep functional and transformational expertise. It also calls for a certain mindset: that all change starts with people and that consulting is, in essence, about helping.
Since our inception 30 years ago, we have grown tremendously, and we count ourselves lucky to have worked with some of the largest and most influential companies across all industries.
