Impact Officer (m/f/d) Financial Services

  • Full-time
  • Office: Düsseldorf

Job Description

Are you keen on connecting people, fostering collaboration across borders, and creating real impact in the financial services industry? We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised impact officer (community manager) to strengthen our international financial services team.

What you’ll do

As our new financial services impact officer (FSIO), you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing our financial services initiatives across our offices. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage schedules, coordinate teams, monitor pipelines, and drive impactful communication within the financial services domain. We’re looking for someone who brings strong organisational skills, industry expertise, and a passion for driving efficiency and quality in our consulting outputs.

The FSIO will be based in either Düsseldorf or Munich, but will serve the entire Financial Services team at Implement across all global offices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Financial Services Target Operating Model (TOM) meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear follow-up actions across offices.
  • Support international bid and proposal processes, connecting teams and maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Monitor the Salesforce pipeline, identify key opportunities, and activate the financial services community to contribute their expertise.
  • Keep the team informed about industry developments and opportunities, translating insights into concrete actions.
  • Manage and align the international events calendar, ensuring visibility of relevant events and supporting follow-up to capture leads.
  • Maintain and develop our knowledge base and reference-case library, working with project leads and AI teams to ensure best practice sharing.
  • Provide proposal and client meeting support, ensuring efficiency, quality, and impact of deliverables.
  • Help strengthen partnerships and capability mapping across markets to drive new business.
  • Collaborate with other impact officers to share best practices and continuously improve our ways of working.

If you love connecting the dots between people, ideas, and opportunities, and are eager to help drive business development and operational excellence across markets, this role is for you.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have experience in financial services or a related industry and understand how the sector works. Adding to that, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised and enjoys keeping complex initiatives running smoothly
  • Communicates fluently in English and German (if you also speak Danish, that’s a bonus)
  • Knows their way around Salesforce and is curious about using AI tools to improve how we work
  • Is a natural connector – someone who enjoys bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together
  • Feels at home in a fast-paced, international environment with lots of moving parts
  • Thrives in a trust-based culture where it’s expected to take ownership and make things happen.

What we offer

Implement Consulting Group is a global management consulting firm, focused on delivering sustainable strategic, commercial, and operational transformations for organisations.

Joining us means you get to join a firm that emphasises a collaborative, human-centric approach, where we work ‘alongside’ clients to create change with impact and to build future-fit organisations.

Our dream is to nurture a workplace and a culture where it’s not the few who decide on behalf of the many. Where you can lead from anywhere. Where promotion is the result of merit and doesn’t come at the expense of others in a fight for advancement on a narrow career ladder.

In short, we’re looking for true team players who know that working together in teams with respect and kindness is the only way to achieve extraordinary and sustainable results.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Please apply via our website and tell us why this opportunity excites you.

Make your next move matter.
