  • Full-time
  • Office: Zurich

Job Description

We are looking for experienced management consultants to join us on complex SAP transformation initiatives and support our clients in navigating large-scale digital and operational change.

Your role

As a Senior Management Consultant – SAP S/4HANA, you will work on Swiss and international projects across industries such as financial services and life sciences. Based in our Zurich office, you will play a central role in guiding clients through end-to-end S/4HANA transformations, strengthening our digital consulting capabilities, and contributing actively to business development across the DACH region.

Your project portfolio will be diverse and tailored to your experience, interests, and development goals.

What you will do

Depending on your background and project context, your responsibilities may include:

  • Leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and multidisciplinary teams

  • Shaping and expanding our S/4HANA capabilities in Switzerland and internationally

  • Driving the design, roadmap development, and implementation of S/4HANA solutions, including continuous optimisation post–brownfield or hybrid implementations

  • Delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations, engaging with C-level executives and collaborating closely with system integrators and IT partners

  • Advising clients on selected solution areas to support their digital journey towards or within SAP S/4HANA

  • Playing a key role in business development by leveraging your network to identify opportunities, shape offerings, and strengthen our market presence

Our projects typically involve process mapping, facilitation of critical decisions, programme and project management, complex stakeholder alignment, and change management.

What you bring

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in SAP transformations from a management consulting environment, combined with a strong personal drive and collaborative mindset. Ideally, you also bring:

  • A proven track record in leading large-scale SAP transformation projects, including turnaround or recovery initiatives

  • Strong programme and project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple IT and system integration partners

  • Preferably industry experience in financial services (banking/insurance), life sciences, or pharma

  • Solid hands-on experience with SAP and a strong understanding of S/4HANA architectures and transformation approaches

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to structure and solve complex problems

  • Dynamic leadership capabilities, with a passion for developing and motivating diverse teams

  • An appreciation for flat hierarchies where impact and results matter more than titles

  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)

  • A master’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field, as well as a valid Swiss work permit

What we offer

Joining Implement Consulting Group means becoming part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy where you will quickly take on responsibility and work closely with experienced consultants and partners.

We offer:

  • Early and continuous exposure to impactful client work

  • A high degree of autonomy combined with strong collaboration and support

  • Extensive opportunities for professional and personal development through internal training, keynotes, and workshops

  • A unique culture characterised by trust, freedom with responsibility, and genuinely helpful colleagues

  • The chance to help redefine management consulting from within while delivering meaningful results for clients
