What you’ll do
As part of the Strategic Execution and Acceleration team, you’ll primarily be working with the growth engine of leading companies in the private sector across industries, helping them implement their strategies by designing and executing projects related to large-scale transformations. The role will be tailored to your competencies and interests, but you must be enthusiastic about one or more of the following areas:

- Conducting advanced analysis and business case development
- Supporting the development of mastery concepts
- Supporting commercial activities by organising events and contributing to proposal materials
What you’ll bring
If you are a strategic thinker, a nerd, and an activist, you will most likely fit right in here at Implement. Whether you’re a brainstorming champion, can do a valuation on the back of a napkin, know your business model canvas by heart, can build rock-solid Excel models and exceptional presentations, or simply have an innate and deep curiosity that will take you to a new level, we would love to hear from you.
We encourage you to apply if you meet most of the following criteria and are keen to learn the rest:
- A master's degree in a relevant subject such as strategy, organisation, business development, project management, or entrepreneurship (or with anticipated completion in summer 2026)
- A proven record of academic excellence, demonstrating strong intellectual capabilities
- Exceptional analytical skills paired with an empathetic, entrepreneurial, and curious mindset
- Enthusiasm for a network-oriented environment where you can shape and drive your own career path
What we offer
At Implement, a dynamic and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.
From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.
We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.
How to apply
Please include your GPA for both your BSc and MSc (or combined, if applicable). Feedback timeline: The deadline for applications is 26 October 2025, at 23:59. Please note that you may not receive feedback on your application until after the deadline.
We will conduct the first round of interviews on the 11–13 November 2025 and you must be available on these days.
