Management Consultant within Leadership and Change – Graduates 2026

  • Full-time
  • Office: Hellerup

Job Description

Are you interested in working with ambitious organisations and businesses with a special focus on their people and leadership? We’re currently on the lookout for ambitious students for our Copenhagen and Aarhus offices with strong analytical and social skills, who want to work in management consulting within the cross-field of leadership, business development, and people management for our Leadership and Change team at Implement.

What you’ll do
Your role will depend on your skills and experience, and your tasks will vary across projects. With our broad project diversity, you may be involved in tasks such as:

  • Designing processes for leadership development activities and initiatives to enhance personal impact and growth
  • (Co-)facilitating both small and large gatherings in an engaging and purposeful way
  • Driving strategy processes and implementing new ways of working, systems, and technology
  • Leading project teams in close collaboration with clients
  • Conducting research to generate new insights on topics such as feedback, emotional intelligence, and organisational culture
  • Writing and formatting proposals in response to client inquiries
  • Administering and conducting assessment processes related to team collaboration, organisational culture, and leadership effectiveness

What you’ll bring
If you have the right mix of analytical and emotional intelligence, you might just be the candidate we’re looking for. In general, we’re looking for people who can come up with the right answer but also make it happen in the complex environments of our clients' organisations.

If you meet most of the following criteria – and are keen to learn the rest – we encourage you to apply:

  • Graduated with a master’s degree within the last couple of years, or will complete your studies in a relevant field and be ready to start full-time in summer 2026
  • Has a record of great performance in class and elsewhere
  • Is fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Has a genuine interest in management consulting
  • Is specifically interested in working with organisations’ leadership, development, and people

We consider it a great plus if you’re flexible, cooperative, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment. At Implement, we believe constant curiosity is key to achieving great results, so you’re always welcome to challenge us – provided you’re also eager to learn from experienced and passionate consultants, have strong people skills, a genuine interest in others, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

What we offer
At Implement, a healthy, dynamic, and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.

From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.

We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.

Case
The Leadership and Change team at Implement is often contacted regarding leadership teams that aspire to improve collaboration and performance, as well as to create clarity around their purpose and strategy.

As part of your application, please answer the following three questions:

  • What 1–2 questions would you ask the HR business partner?
  • What 1–2 questions would you ask the CFO?
  • How would you present and visualise our perspective on choice-making, as described here, to the management team?

Case description
We have been contacted by the HR business partner of the senior management team in the finance function of a large technology company, which consists of seven managers. She explains that, in her experience, the team functions well but can sometimes feel tired, inflexible, and somewhat immature. She observes that they struggle to share mistakes and to drive effective decision-making processes.

The team is about to enter a turbulent period that will require them to become more mature in collective decision-making. While we have not yet spoken with the CFO, the HR business partner assures us that the CFO shares her concerns.

They are seeking our support to design and facilitate two three-day gatherings over the next six months, with the goal of improving internal team dynamics and collaboration, reigniting their strategy, and developing the individual leadership capabilities of the team members.
