Management Consultants in Operations Strategy – Graduates 2026

  • Full-time
  • Office: Aarhus

Job Description

We’re looking for talented graduates who want to start a career in management consulting, joining our team in Aarhus from August 2026 to work with operations and supply chain management.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to work on strategic projects in the supply chain sphere. The job will, in large part, be tailored to your skills and interests, but you must be keen on deepening your knowledge and expertise in operations and supply chain management.

Your tasks will vary, but will include:

  • Collaborating with industry-leading clients to analyse and optimise supply chain operations
  • Developing sustainable supply chain strategies
  • Driving digital supply chain transformations
  • Creating strategic communication materials
  • Preparing and conducting presentations and engaging workshops

If this sounds like the kind of nerdery you would like to dive deep into, you’ll feel right at home in our Operations Strategy team.

What you’ll bring

As our new team member, we hope you’re as excited as we are to be working at the forefront of revolutionising operations strategy, with a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in supply chain management.

On top of that, we’re looking for someone who meets most of the following criteria:

  • A master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, strategic management, business management, or a related field, with excellent results
  • The ability to maintain a holistic view while also being nerdy about a specific topic
  • Strong analytical skills and a flair for problem solving
  • A natural ease with working with numbers and analysing data to derive insights
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English

Finally, we hope you will appreciate working in a truly collaborative organisation where results are more important than hierarchy.

What we offer

At Implement, a healthy, dynamic, and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.

From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.

We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.

How to apply

Please include your GPA for both your BSc and MSc (or combined, if applicable).

Feedback timeline: The deadline for applications is 26/10 2025 at 23:59. We will kick off the process with initial screenings conducted by our Talent Attraction team in week 44. Following this, interviews will be held in Aarhus on November 6th and 7th, and then in Hellerup on November 17th and 18th. The final round of interviews is scheduled to take place in Aarhus on November 24th and 25th. Please make sure to reserve these dates in your calendar.
