Management Consultants in Business and Operations Design – Graduates 2026

Job description

Are you into business transformation, AI and operational design, and do you want to launch your career in management consulting? We’re looking for new colleagues to join our Business and Operations Design team in Hellerup, starting in autumn 2026.

What you’ll do

As a management consultant in our Business and Operations Design team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects across business transformation, operating model design, process management, operational excellence and execution, AI, automation, and customer experience optimisation.

The role varies but may include one or more of the following:

• Taking part in complex transformation projects
• Creating customer-centric operating models through the integration of AI, automation, and operational excellence
• Helping clients build and implement processes fit for humans through process improvements
• Enabling digital end-to-end solutions through digital and automation expertise
• Preparing and conducting presentations and engaging workshops
• Supporting clients in identifying potential improvements and co-creating solutions

In this role, you’ll be involved in some of the most interesting transformation projects in the Nordics, spanning a wide range of industries and markets, and including clients in both the public and private sectors.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for candidates who want to grow personally and professionally and enjoy working with nerdy people. Hopefully, you’re someone who can come in, inspire us, and take action from day one. Like the rest of us, we prefer someone who embraces diversity and strongly believes in the power of an organisation with a unique collaborative culture.

On top of that, we’re looking for someone who meets most of the following criteria:

• Are finalising a master’s degree in Summer 2026 or already hold a master’s degree with top grades, e.g., in engineering, digital innovation and management, finance, business, IBP, economics, political science, or other relevant fields
• Are motivated by finding solutions to complex problems and have strong analytical skills
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English
• Appreciate a collaborative organisation where results are much more important than hierarchy

It’s also considered a plus if you’re flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions.

What we offer

At Implement, a healthy, dynamic, and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.

From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.

We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.

How to apply

  • Please include your GPA for both your BSc and MSc (or combined, if applicable)
  • Feedback timeline: The deadline for applications is 26 October 2025 at 23:59. Please note that you may not receive feedback on your application until 26 October.
