We are looking for a senior security engineer, malware analyst or vulnerability researcher with a strong software development track record to spearhead our vulnerability discovery and mitigation efforts. The role involves leveraging in-depth knowledge of static and dynamic code reversing, threat intelligence and reverse engineering tools to protect our clients against sophisticated cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting vulnerability research and reverse engineering to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Analysing APTs, malware groups and their techniques to develop effective defence strategies.
• Working closely with our application development team to integrate security practices across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in vulnerability research, proof-of-concept development and threat analysis.
• Expertise in using reverse engineering tools and understanding of malware behaviour to deliver clear analyses and recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of software development, testing and security best practices.
• Experience with malware reversing or application development on mobile operating systems.
• A bachelor’s or higher degree in software development, computer science, information security and/or certifications such as OSCP and OSCE.
• The ability to get security clearance to at least SECRET for public sector clients.
