Impact in Business Recruitment are currently working alongside a leading multinational commercial real estate services firm, with a global presence. The current business requirement is for a Real Estate M&A professional to join the firm's Hong Kong office.

You’ll have a strong understanding of both equity and debt capital markets through Greater China and have a proven track record in originating and executing successful M&A transactions within the region. You may have an M&A background or come from a Commercial Real Estate background:

• Preferred: Strong deal origination and due diligence experience gained from a full-service or boutique investment firm with coverage across China
• Strong experience constructing customised valuation models in the Real Estate industry
• Strong experience implementing balance sheet, market and cost approaches to derive conclusions of fair value for Real Estate clients
• Desirable: Strong experience completing development appraisals, loan securitisation, positive assurance opinions for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Strong experience of alternative investment funds, debt valuations, portfolio valuations, and purchase price allocations in an leading broker or investment advisory firm or similar

• Minimum qualifications: Higher Education (to degree-level or equivalent)
• Preferable qualifications: RICS Senior Professional membership
