With all this in mind they are recruiting for the following positions Inbound New Business Advisor
What type of person are they looking for
You will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability and determination to consistently over achieve on targets set. An effective communicator, you will have a proven track-record of combining strong product knowledge with excellent negotiation skills to identify and convert sales opportunities.
The job Role - Inbound New Business Advisor
You will be dealing with a large number of inbound calls from potential customers, and it's down to you to convert the customer, whilst remaining compliant, and being an ambassador of the company.
Key things you’ll be doing will include:
- Ensure workloads are completed and delivered by required deadlines and to the required quality standard working in line with FCA compliance and best practice
- Regularly achieving sales, service and productivity targets.
- Taking inbound calls from customers to assist and provide quotations and policies for various insurance products.
- Utilising skills learnt in training, closing sales using a consultative and confident approach.
- Ensure existing information held is accurate
- Respond to and follow up sales and/ or service enquiries using appropriate methods of communication.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their products, processes and industry developments.

- Positive and fresh outlook in sales with the ambition and determination to succeed
- Competent in handling and working through customer objections
- A creative, dynamic and smart approach to inbound sales
- High level of , sales and service ability along with account management experience
- Confidence and ability to consistently over achieve on productivity and targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proven background experience in a customer focused environment
- Ability to adapt to changes within a fast paced working environment
