Manufacturing company needs a Human Resources Manager. The company, which employs engineers, scientists, and many hourly personnel, needs someone to perform general HR oversight. Your duties will include:

• Implementation of company policies and procedures
• Employee relations and recruitment
• Promote positive plant culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Compensation, benefits administration, performance reporting
• Management of employee on-the-job training
• Coaching and counseling
• Employee law compliance and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Human Resources management strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, especially one that employs hourly workers, is required.
• Should be very experienced with HRIS systems, and for generating reports.
• Bilingual Spanish-English is preferred, but not a must.
