Manufacturing company needs an automation system engineer. Manufacturing Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, PLC Engineer.

You will design and implement automation for manufacturing operations. You are expected to have experience with PLC or DCS or combination systems with at least three years of experience in process modeling and design in a manufacturing environment.

• Manage automation projects in heavy manufacturing
• Hands-on troubleshooting technical issues related to industrial and manufacturing equipment.
• Work on Capital equipment Projects (CAPEX)
• HMI Programming, SCADA
• Work with Rockwell Automation Systems, Allen Bradley
• Work with Database Management Software and truth tables
• Test the performance and quality of automation systems

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Should be familiar with multi-tasking operating systems, real-time communications systems, PLC’s, HMI programming.
• Familiarity with Ethernet, networking knowledge – TCP/IP, etc., switches, routers, relational databases desirable.
• Five to eight years’ experience preferred with at least three years’ experience programming industrial process control systems is required. Both junior and senior level automation engineers are encouraged to apply.
• Must be knowledgeable about process modeling.
• Experience in Electrical Engineering and automation for a manufacturing plant. This is not a product design position.
