Manufacturing company which provides custom engineered systems, involving pumps, pipes, valves, fittings, needs an inside sales engineer to work with customers from the quotation stage to system delivery. A background in mechanical engineering or similar is expected.

·       Review CAD Drawings, prepare system layout drawings for pressure and flow control equipment.

·       Review customer requirements, and prepare quotations, delivery schedule, and pricing.

·       Assist in the development of Bills of Material and Routings.

·       Work with production, sales, and shipping to expedite or trace shipments.

·       Communicate with customers to solve order problems and to sell additional products.

·       Provide technical assistance to customers in the use, operation, or maintenance of equipment.

·       Prepare reports for management.

Two-year technical degree preferred. Four to six years’ experience working with customers on projects that involve pipes, valves, fittings, pressure, and flow. You should have experience working with standard MS Office software for spreadsheets, documents, and email. You should also have experience working with manufacturing or order processing software, and with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software like Salesforce. This is an inside sales engineer position.
