Job Description

Payroll Manager needed at a growing, stable manufacturing company near Memphis, TN.  Your experience should include work with performance management, benefits, HRIS data integrity, payroll, and report generation.

 

·       Manage payroll for a large site of more than 600 workers, including deductions, garnishments, and reporting.

·       Ensure compliance with FLSA regulations, IRS tax guidelines, FMLA, ADA regulations.

·       Responsible for system reporting such as monthly headcount, ACA reporting, Affirmative action Plan, and EEO-1/Vets 100. Manage and monitor data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, plus 5-10 years’ experience in Payroll Management. Should have working knowledge of current HR trends, best practices and related state and federal legal requirements/regulations. Be able to work both in a team, and independently. The client prefers experience in a larger-size manufacturing company, where you developed comp and payroll programs for an employee population of 400 or more. Experience working with ADP Payroll is preferred.
